This page provides important legal and travel-related disclosures for Traveleers LLC ("Traveleers," "we," "us," or "our"). It works alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read it before booking. If anything here is unclear, reach out and we'll gladly explain.
Traveleers acts as an independent travel agent and booking intermediary. We arrange travel on your behalf with third-party suppliers — resorts, theme parks, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and others — who are the principals actually providing your travel. We don't own or operate those suppliers, and your booking is subject to each supplier's own terms and conditions. Because suppliers are independent, we aren't responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, or financial default. This is one reason we recommend travel insurance (more below).
Traveleers LLC is an independent, accredited travel agency. We book travel under our own CLIA accreditation — CLIA number 00047298.
Seller of Travel registrations. Several states require travel sellers to register and to display their registration number. These laws apply based on where the traveler resides, not where we're located, so they can apply to you even though Traveleers is based in Arizona. Our registrations are as follows:
We do not currently offer our services to residents of Hawaii. If you don't see your state listed, contact us with any questions before booking. (Note: Iowa repealed its seller-of-travel registration requirement in 2020.)
We've completed the official travel-advisor training programs for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Universal Destinations, and we're registered and authorized to sell their products and experiences. Traveleers LLC is an independent travel agency. We aren't owned by, operated by, or affiliated with The Walt Disney Company, Universal Destinations, or any other supplier beyond our authorized-seller relationship, and nothing here implies their endorsement or sponsorship. Disney, Universal, and all related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
We carry professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance and hold ourselves to the standards expected of a professional travel agency.
Valid travel documents are your responsibility. For international travel, you generally need a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date, plus any visas or entry permits your destinations require. Requirements depend on your citizenship and your specific itinerary, including any country you connect through. We can point you toward resources, but we can't guarantee entry, and we aren't responsible if you're denied boarding or entry because of missing, expired, or invalid documents. Always confirm current requirements with the official source: the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov, and the relevant embassy or consulate for your destination.
For domestic flights within the United States, every adult traveler needs a Real ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of identification, such as a valid passport. Real ID enforcement is in effect, so please make sure your ID meets the requirement well before you fly. You can check current rules with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at tsa.gov.
Some destinations have health entry requirements, recommended vaccinations, or specific safety considerations. It's your responsibility to check and meet them. We recommend reviewing the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention travel health notices at cdc.gov/travel and the U.S. Department of State travel advisories at travel.state.gov before you book and again before you depart. If you have medical concerns about travel, please consult your doctor.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to help protect your investment against cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, delays, and supplier issues. Buying it is your choice, and if you decline, you accept the financial risks it would have covered. Traveleers is not a licensed insurance producer; any travel protection is offered and underwritten by third-party insurers, and coverage, exclusions, and claims are governed entirely by the insurer's policy. Please read the policy carefully before purchasing so you understand what is and isn't covered.
Prices are quoted based on information available at the time and aren't guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and paid according to the supplier's requirements. Prices, availability, and promotions can change, and additional charges — such as taxes, resort fees, port charges, fuel surcharges, gratuities, and local fees — may apply and may be collected by the supplier or at your destination. For international bookings, currency exchange rates may also affect the final price.
Change fees, cancellation penalties, and refund eligibility are set by each supplier and can be significant or non-refundable. We'll explain what we know, but we can't waive or override a supplier's policy. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms for your specific booking before you commit.
Neither Traveleers nor our suppliers can control events like severe weather, natural disasters, health emergencies, strikes, government actions, or other force-majeure events, and we aren't responsible for losses caused by them. Travel insurance is the best protection against these disruptions.
If anyone in your party has accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, or other special requests, tell us early and we'll do our best to arrange suitable options. Final accommodations depend on the supplier, and some venues, ships, or destinations have limits outside our control.
