Terms & Conditions

Agreement to these terms

Welcome to Traveleers. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Traveleers LLC ("Traveleers," "we," "us," or "our") that governs your use of our website and the travel-planning and booking services we provide. By using our site, requesting a quote, or booking travel through us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, and if you're planning or booking for other people, you confirm you're authorized to act on their behalf and to share their information with us.

Our role: we're your travel agent, not the travel supplier

This is the most important thing to understand. Traveleers acts as an independent travel agent and booking intermediary. We help you plan, and we book your travel with third-party suppliers — resorts, theme parks, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and others. We don't own, operate, or control those suppliers or the services they provide, and they are independent businesses, not part of Traveleers. Your travel is subject to each supplier's own terms, conditions, and policies, which you agree to when you book. Because we don't control the suppliers, we aren't responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbookings, schedule changes, safety, or their financial default or insolvency. If something goes wrong with a service a supplier provides, your recourse is with that supplier.

Quotes, pricing, and availability

The quotes and options we share are estimates based on the information available at the time. Prices, availability, promotions, and supplier terms can change, and nothing is guaranteed until your booking is confirmed and paid according to the supplier's requirements. Occasionally an obvious error in a price or description may occur, and we and the supplier reserve the right to correct it. Taxes, resort fees, gratuities, and other charges may apply and may be collected by the supplier.

Planning, fees, and payments

Our trip planning is free to you unless we tell you otherwise in advance. If a particular request involves a service or planning fee, we'll disclose it clearly before you commit, and any such fee is non-refundable once work begins. Deposits and payments for your travel are made according to each supplier's schedule and are processed through our booking and payment platform. When you provide payment details, you authorize the applicable charges for your trip. You're responsible for reviewing your confirmation and travel documents for accuracy as soon as you receive them and letting us know right away if anything is wrong.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes, cancellations, penalties, and refunds are governed by the rules of each supplier for your specific booking, and those rules can be strict. We'll always explain what we know, but we can't waive or override a supplier's policy, and we aren't responsible for penalties or non-refundable amounts a supplier charges. Any Traveleers service fee, if one applied, is non-refundable. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.

Travel documents, passports, visas, and health

It's your responsibility to have valid travel documents. For international travel, that generally means a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates, along with any required visas, and you're responsible for meeting the entry, health, vaccination, and other requirements of every destination and any country you pass through. We can point you in the right direction, but the responsibility is yours, and we aren't liable if you're denied boarding or entry for missing or invalid documents. See our Travel Disclosures page for more detail.

Travel insurance

Travel comes with real risks, and things outside anyone's control can disrupt a trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance to help protect your investment against cancellations, interruptions, medical issues, and delays. Whether to purchase it is your choice, and if you decline coverage, you accept the financial risks that insurance would have helped cover.

Your responsibilities

To help your trip go smoothly, you agree to give us accurate and complete information, make payments on time, review your documents, keep your travel documents valid, and follow the rules and policies of the suppliers you travel with. We rely on the information you give us, and we aren't responsible for problems that result from information that's inaccurate or incomplete.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our very best, but we don't promise that the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted, that any particular price or availability will hold, or that a trip will achieve a specific result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties that aren't expressly stated here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traveleers and its owners, employees, and affiliates aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, our services, or your travel, and we aren't liable for the acts or failures of third-party suppliers or for events beyond our reasonable control. Where our liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount of the fees or commission Traveleers actually earned on the booking at issue. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Traveleers harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our site or services, your violation of these Terms, information you provided that was inaccurate or that you weren't authorized to share, or your violation of a supplier's terms or any law.

Chargebacks

If you ever have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate booking, or for supplier penalties disclosed to you, is not a substitute for following the cancellation and refund process, and we reserve our rights to respond to improper chargebacks.

The Dream Trip Project

Our give-back program, The Dream Trip Project, is offered under its own separate program terms, which explain how families are nominated, selected, and funded. Nothing on our general site is a promise of a trip, selection, or funding. Please see the Dream Trip Project page for the details that govern that program.

For prospective advisors

Information about becoming a Traveleer is for general recruiting purposes and isn't an offer of employment or a guarantee of income. Advisors join as independent contractors under a separate agreement that governs that relationship, including commissions, fees, and responsibilities. These client-facing Terms don't create an advisor relationship.

Using our website and our content

We give you a personal, limited license to use our website for its intended purpose. Our name, logo, content, and materials belong to Traveleers or our licensors, and you agree not to copy, resell, scrape, or misuse them, and not to use our site in any unlawful or harmful way. We may suspend access to anyone who misuses the site.

Third-party links

Our site and messages may link to third parties, like a supplier or GoFundMe. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Events beyond our control

We aren't liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, supplier failures, or other force-majeure events.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute comes up, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally, which usually works. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the courts located in Pinal County, Arizona, unless the agreed dispute-resolution language above provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

The fine print

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Travel Disclosures, are the entire agreement between us about your use of the site and services. You may not assign your rights under these Terms, but we may assign ours.
