Who we are

Traveleers LLC ("Traveleers," "we," "us," or "our") is a travel agency that plans and books trips — Disney, Universal, cruises, all-inclusive and luxury getaways, and custom group travel — and runs a give-back program called The Dream Trip Project. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website, our online forms, and the services we provide. If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use our site or services.

The information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity details — your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and city and state.
  • Trip and traveler details — the members of your party and their ages (including children traveling with you), travel dates, destinations, budget, room and dining preferences, occasions you're celebrating, and any accessibility, dietary, or medical needs you share so we can plan your trip. Some of this is considered sensitive information, and we collect it only to serve you.
  • Booking and payment details — the information needed to book and manage your travel. Payments are handled through our secure processor and CRM; we don't store full card numbers ourselves.
  • Dream Trip Project information — details you provide when nominating a family, including the family's story and any photos or video links you share.
  • Advisor applicant information — if you apply to become a Traveleer, the details in your application, including your experience, social media links, and anything else you choose to share.
  • Communications — messages you send us and your contact preferences.
  • Website and device data — your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar information collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you fill out one of our forms (which run on Fillout and are embedded on our website), request a quote, nominate a family, apply to join us, or contact us. We also collect some information automatically through cookies and analytics as you use our site, and occasionally from third parties such as travel suppliers or referral sources.

How we use your information

We use your information to plan, quote, book, and manage your travel; to communicate with you and answer your questions; to match travelers with advisors and, on the recruiting side, to review applications and onboard new advisors; to run and fund The Dream Trip Project; to process payments; to send you updates and marketing you've agreed to receive; to improve our website and services; and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We use sensitive details, like accessibility or dietary needs, only to serve your trip.

How we share your information

We are not in the business of selling your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run our business:

  • Travel suppliers — the resorts, parks, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, and other providers we book with need your information to fulfill your trip. Their own privacy policies govern how they use it.
  • Service providers who help us operate — including our form platform (Fillout), our automation tool (Make.com), our CRM and payment platform (JourneyFuse), our email and notification providers, and our website and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • The Dream Trip Project — if a family is selected, we share their story publicly only with their permission, and we run donations through GoFundMe, whose own terms and privacy policy apply.
  • Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our travelers, our advisors, or the public.
  • Business transfers — if our business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Some of the analytics and advertising tools on our site may involve "sharing" of information as defined by California law. You can opt out as described in the "Your choices and rights" section below.

Marketing choices

If you've opted in, we may send you helpful updates, tips, and offers by email or text. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, and you can stop marketing texts by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing won't stop the messages we need to send you about a trip you've booked or a request you've made.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to access a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of it, and to limit our use of sensitive information — and to not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, contact us at jesse@mytraveleer.com and we'll respond as required by law. We may need to verify your identity first. If you'd like someone to make a request on your behalf, we can arrange that too.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are meant for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. When you nominate a family or share your travel party with us, you may give us information about children — you're responsible for having the right to share it, and we use it only to plan the trip or consider the nomination. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we'll delete it.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services, run our business, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and then we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why we hold it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information, and we work with service providers who do the same. No method of storing or transmitting data online is ever 100% secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security.

Third-party websites

Our site and communications may link to third-party sites and services, such as GoFundMe or a travel supplier. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Traveleers LLC operates in the United States, and our services are intended for U.S. residents. If you access our site from outside the U.S., understand that your information will be processed in the United States under this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above, and we review it at least once a year. If we make significant changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
