To become a Traveleer, you'll need to be 18 or older, based in the United States, and have a reliable computer, phone and internet. No travel-agent experience required — we train you from the ground up.

$400 a year, which covers your CRM, professional email, personal website, and notification setup. Once you're producing in your second year, you can choose to have that fee taken out of your commissions instead of paying it upfront.
New advisors start at 70/30 — you keep 70% of the commission. Once you pass $200,000 in annual bookings (sales volume), you move up to 80/20, and experienced agents joining us can qualify for 80/20 at that same threshold. Leads we hand you are split 50/50.
Here's the exciting part: as a Traveleer, you're not an employee — you're an independent contractor (a 1099 role) running your very own business under Traveleers' accreditation number. In plain terms, you get the credibility and booking power of an established agency without qualifying for your own industry credentials from scratch, much like an independent real-estate agent working under a larger brokerage.
Because it's your business, you set your own hours and pace — and at tax time you may be able to write off legitimate business expenses like travel, a home office, education, and supplies (your tax pro can tell you exactly what applies to you). Yes, we do. We match families to advisors through our own process, at our discretion, and any lead we hand you is a 50/50 split, since we sourced that client for you. Everything you bring in yourself stays at your own higher split.
