Welcome to the Traveleers Partner Program. These terms explain how the program works, how you earn, and what we each agree to. By applying or participating, you agree to everything below. If anything's unclear, email us at [partners@mytraveleer.com] before you sign up.
To be a partner, you must:
Once you're approved, we give you a personal referral link. When someone clicks it, we tag their browser for 30 days. If they request a quote within that window, the referral is credited to you.
A few details that keep things fair:
You earn when a person you referred books a trip and completes their travel. A quote request or a booking alone isn't enough — the trip has to actually happen, because that's when the travel supplier pays us.
You don't earn on:
There's no cap on how many trips you can refer.
You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn. If you earn $600 or more from the program in a calendar year, U.S. tax rules generally require us to report it, so we'll ask for a completed W-9 and may issue you a 1099. We can't pay you past that threshold until we have your W-9 on file. We collect tax and payout details through a secure channel after you're approved — never through the public application form.
When you promote Traveleers, you must clearly disclose that you earn from referrals — for example, a simple "#ad," "paid partner," or "I earn a commission if you book" near your link. This isn't optional; it's required by the FTC, and it protects both of us. If you're not sure how to disclose, ask us and we'll help.
Please do:
Please don't:
Breaking these rules can cost you your commissions and your spot in the program.
You're an independent partner, not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or legal partner of Traveleers. You can't enter agreements or make promises on our behalf. You cover your own expenses and taxes. Nothing here creates an employment or agency relationship.
Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason. If we part ways and you've earned legitimate commissions that aren't yet due, we'll still pay them on the normal schedule. If we find fraud or a serious terms violation, we may withhold or reverse commissions and remove you from the program immediately.
We may update the program or these terms as we grow. If we make a meaningful change, we'll post an updated date here and, where practical, let active partners know. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept it.
We can't promise you'll earn a specific amount, or anything at all — earnings depend on who you refer and whether they travel. The program is offered "as is." To the extent the law allows, Traveleers isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses related to the program.
